Chanel CRM Data Analyst Intern

- Support the Client Engagement & Digital Executive in implementing clienteling actions across various business units.
- Assist in the operational execution of clienteling activations, including emailers, digital cards, print cards, and brochures.
- Facilitate the adoption of retail clienteling tools and coordinate with headquarters in Paris for bug fixes and improvements.
- Accompany the deployment of new features on the clienteling tool.
- Provide monthly KPIs on clienteling actions, client listings, reports, and various ROI calculations for the entire network.
- Contribute to database growth and enrichment by ensuring data accuracy and quality, reporting duplicate profiles, and establishing dashboards for data capture and corrections.
- Reconcile and link data from different databases to provide insights on clients across various networks.
- Support specific analyses related to client databases and profiles.
- Present data visually using tools such as Power BI.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- First experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, index, match, and vlookup functions.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- Strong communication skills to understand and address the needs and challenges of internal partners from retail and office environments.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
First experience in data marketing and CRM with an analytical background is required.
Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
