- Execute the CRM strategy within the UK region, focusing on CRM email marketing and campaign delivery to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Manage the UK email calendar, overseeing the entire email creation process, including briefing, testing, and scheduling with the CRM agency.
- Develop and maintain engaging omnichannel client journeys and support the CRM Manager with trigger programs.
- Collaborate with the Global team and Marketing and E-Business teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and alignment on product priorities.
- Prepare and manage brief request documents to tailor emails to local trends and business needs.
- Analyze email performance data to drive optimizations and share post-campaign reports.
- Support CRM initiatives to improve client retention and loyalty, including CRM gifting and VIC relationship development.
- Coordinate CRM sampling strategies and manage client lists for tailored campaign experiences.
- Facilitate the UK region's email implementation and campaign coordination with Global and key agencies.
- Support market database processes to ensure compliance and efficiency, and share best practices within the region.
- 1-2+ years of experience in CRM.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and challenge existing processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and the digital landscape.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong collaborative skills for cross-departmental work.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; HTML understanding is desirable.
1-2+ years of experience in CRM, particularly within the luxury market.
