1. Coordinate client communications across various markets, utilizing tools such as EDM, print, and clienteling assets.
2. Develop briefs for the Watches & Fine Jewelry division and Europe Artistic Direction to meet business and market needs.
3. Participate in building and animating the Watches & Fine Jewelry CRM community with division and market teams.
4. Enhance client knowledge through data analysis, including campaign reports, client KPIs, and competitive benchmarking.
5. Support markets and the division with client data and insights.

1. Currently completing higher education with a strong background in client and/or data analytics.
2. Fluency in English is required.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills.

Preferably has significant experience in client engagement or data analytics.

Currently completing higher education.
