1. Coordinate and format 360° communication books, ensuring alignment with creative briefs.
2. Organize meetings, define objectives, draft minutes, and track key milestones.
3. Ensure creative deliverables meet brief specifications.
4. Create impactful presentations and communication books for campaigns.
5. Coordinate feedback and synthesize information for creative teams.
6. Facilitate international deployment by coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
7. Manage relationships and proactively handle deadlines.
8. Anticipate project milestones and ensure smooth project organization.
9. Address specific market needs and oversee validation and delivery of creative mock-ups.
10. Conduct digital, societal, and artistic trend monitoring and sector benchmarks.
11. Provide insightful recommendations for the brand.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, communication, or university).

1. Rigorous, creative, digitally curious with an aesthetic sense.
2. Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and Word.
3. Autonomous with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in English (written and spoken).

No specific experience required, but a background in project coordination or creative operations is advantageous.

Master's program enrollment in business, communication, or related fields.

Interns will experience a comprehensive onboarding program, including training on Chanel Parfums Beauté's history and products.
