Chanel Counter Coverage Consultant

1. Provide day-to-day sales support across Chanel beauty counters and boutiques within Queensland, delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships (clienteling).
2. Drive sales and achieve defined KPIs through product demonstrations, personalised consultations, and expert recommendations in makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Maintain and elevate in-store visual merchandising and product presentation to Chanel standards, including seasonal resets and promotional installations.
4. Manage stock movements, replenishment and accurate record-keeping; liaise with store management to monitor inventory and returns.
5. Act as brand ambassador by delivering consistent product knowledge training and on-floor coaching to temporary or store-based staff when required.
6. Provide cover for absenteeism and peak-period demand, adapting quickly to different store environments and team dynamics.
7. Report on daily sales activity, client feedback and market intelligence to regional management; escalate product or service issues promptly.

1. Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics or premium fragrance retail environments.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding retail KPIs.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
4. Flexibility to travel between counters within Queensland and to work varied retail hours including weekends and evenings.
5. Professional presentation and thorough product knowledge in makeup, skincare and fragrance.
6. Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport preferred (for multi-store coverage).
