Chanel Cosmetovigilance Data Project Manager

- Analyze and input post-marketing cosmetovigilance cases into a dedicated database.
- Support the monitoring and anonymization of cosmetovigilance cases.
- Perform MedDRA coding and narrative writing.
- Manage the return of suspected products.
- Prepare standard and specific data queries and generate quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Consolidate, exploit, and analyze global data for signal detection.
- Monitor improvement and mitigation actions from signal exploitation.
- Prepare activity and performance indicators.
- Administer existing databases, train users, manage anomalies, and oversee updates and validation.
- Contribute to new IT system projects from needs definition to validation.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through document updates, anomaly management, and stakeholder training.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in technical English, particularly in writing.
- Expertise in European cosmetovigilance regulations and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Vigilance Databases and Power BI.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, MedDRA coding, and narrative writing.
- Understanding of information system validation standards and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with precision and reliability.
- Critical thinking and team collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or pharmacovigilance is required.
Master's degree in Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, or equivalent.
