1. Provide personalised one-to-one consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to an affluent clientele, translating needs into product and service recommendations.
2. Deliver professional in-store services including makeup application, skincare treatments and product demonstrations to drive trial and conversion.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and targeted upselling.
4. Develop and maintain a proprietary client book, executing proactive clienteling and follow-up via CRM to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
5. Support merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock replenishment to ensure an impeccable boutique environment.
6. Actively participate in product launches, training sessions and promotional activities to sustain category expertise and sell-through.
7. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and brand policies.

1. Proven retail experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or skincare environments (preferably 1–3 years).
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
3. Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-centric demeanour.
4. Professional presentation and strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with a luxury house.
5. A cosmetology, beauty therapy or related qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
