1. Formulate innovative makeup products across various categories including complexion, eyes, lips, and nails.
2. Evaluate the stability and performance of developed products over time using internal evaluation services.
3. Anticipate and design manufacturing processes suitable for industrial feasibility in collaboration with process experts.
4. Contribute to technical monitoring of new raw materials and competitive product benchmarking.
5. Identify and implement raw materials that enhance sensory experience or performance, liaising with suppliers and considering analytical, toxicological, regulatory, and intellectual property constraints.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Cosmetics (Bac +2/3).
2. Significant experience in makeup formulation.
