1. Draft corporate legal documents such as minutes, reports, and intercompany agreements.
2. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance program, including drafting procedures, conducting training, risk mapping, and performing due diligence on third parties.
3. Prepare legal correspondence, memos, and meeting summaries.
4. Conduct legal research.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Initial successful experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (internship, professional contract, etc.).
3. Proficiency in Corporate Law, Business Law, Contract Law, Business Criminal Law, and Compliance.

5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a legal setting, either in a law firm or corporate legal department, is required.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
