Chanel Corporate Insurance Officer (Work-Study)

- Support day‑to‑day administration of the corporate insurance program, including maintenance of policy schedules and endorsements.
- Coordinate with brokers and insurers on renewals, quotations and placement processes; organise and track documentation.
- Assist in claims intake and follow‑up: gather documentation, liaise with internal claimants, and monitor claim status with adjusters and brokers.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and internal confirmations for operational teams and external partners.
- Contribute to risk assessments and loss‑prevention initiatives by compiling data and drafting summary reports.
- Produce and maintain reporting material for the legal, finance and risk teams; support preparation for audits and board/committee updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal insurance policies and external regulatory requirements; assist with contractual insurance reviews.
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Risk Management, Insurance, Law, Finance or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance contract).
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential financial and claims information.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to liaise professionally with brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders.

Previous internship or 6–12 months’ practical exposure to insurance, risk management, legal or compliance functions is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for developing technical insurance knowledge in a corporate environment is essential.
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Risk Management, Insurance, Law, Finance or related field (alternance/work‑study track).
