1. Assist in the coordination of contract and rights management within the Perfumes and Beauty Images and Films team.
2. Support negotiations concerning copyright and image rights conducted by production teams, ensuring centralized information flow to the legal department.
3. Draft and dispatch purchase orders for models, photographers, and music rights, including simplified contracts and NDAs.
4. Participate in the management and monitoring of rights, collaborating with the legal department and budget managers.
5. Track contract formalization and renewals in conjunction with marketing teams and database management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a focus on intellectual property and copyright law.

2. Strong organizational and writing skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Competence in using computer tools and software.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Prior experience or knowledge in copyright and intellectual property rights is required.
