Chanel Contract Management Assistant

1. Assist in the negotiation of copyright and image rights with production teams to centralize information for the legal department.
2. Draft and dispatch purchase orders for models involved in campaigns and fashion shows.
3. Prepare and send music rights purchase orders.
4. Draft and send confidentiality agreements (NDAs).
5. Participate in the management of rights tracking, including contract formalization in collaboration with the legal department.
6. Monitor copyright and image rights, including music, in collaboration with budget managers and the sound and music manager.
7. Coordinate rights renewal requests with marketing teams and manage the ADBOX database.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with knowledge of copyright and intellectual property rights.

1. Autonomous, curious, and meticulous with strong organizational and writing skills.
2. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in English (written and spoken) and computer tools.

Relevant experience in contract management or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
