Chanel Continuous Improvement Engineer

1. Lead and manage the continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.
2. Oversee transformation and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational excellence.
3. Monitor and animate the overall performance of the unit through technical data and performance indicators.
4. Ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of proposed actions and solutions.
5. Support production teams in developing and implementing standards on the ground.
6. Conduct regular audits of processes and assist teams in identifying causes of industrial underperformance.
7. Participate in the development of corrective actions and proposals for production tool evolution.
8. Contribute to economic justification studies for proposed investments and solutions.
9. Guide production teams in skill development using Lean Manufacturing tools and methods.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent university education, preferably with experience in process optimization or transformation project management.
2. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc.) and performance tracking indicators (OEE, productivity).
3. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
4. Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Experience in project management related to process optimization or transformation in a production environment is preferred.
