- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies in collaboration with regional communications teams and agencies.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and sales strategies from a communications perspective.
- Execute omnichannel marketing activities across digital platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and mobile.
- Manage social and digital advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Oversee the company's owned media channels, including websites and CRM software.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and the beauty community.
- Craft and distribute press releases and manage press relations in line with Paris Communications strategies.
- Plan and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate and manage editorial placements and PR agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new PR opportunities.
- Organize and manage press events, trips, and editorial opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to Chanel's communication policies and guidelines.
- Integrate FBP into fashion communications actions where applicable.
- Maintain awareness of consumer trends and industry developments.
- Engage with regional and global communications teams to share best practices.
- Manage departmental budgets and track expenditures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, English Literature, Journalism, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and media metrics.
- Strong understanding of social and digital media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
Proven experience in communications, media, or publishing with a focus on social media and influencer management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, English Literature, Journalism, or Marketing.
