1. Assist in planning, administration, and execution of communications strategies to enhance Chanel's image across media platforms and events in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Collaborate with the Senior Communications Lead to identify and develop relationships with partners to protect and enhance Chanel's image.
3. Devise and execute seeding activities for the Fragrance and Beauty division.
4. Coordinate press kit orders and ensure efficient distribution to media and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
5. Manage inventory of Fragrance & Beauty products to maintain minimum stock levels.
6. Oversee all PR courier requirements for Fragrance & Beauty, both locally and globally.
7. Monitor and evaluate editorial coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms.
8. Upload relevant media clippings to the global platform by campaign.
9. Create influencer and KOL specific reports with support from the Divisional Communications Executive.
10. Liaise with Beauty and Market Editors to efficiently respond to product requests.
11. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of local PR events, providing on-ground support.

1. Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.

1. Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
2. Knowledge of media and social media monitoring software such as DMR, Lefty, and MeltWater.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively.
4. Enthusiasm, proactivity, and complex problem-solving abilities.
5. Curiosity about communications, the evolving media landscape, and the beauty industry in Australia.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
