Chanel Communications Executive

- Assist in planning, administration, and execution of communications strategies to enhance Chanel's image across media platforms and events in Australia and New Zealand.
- Collaborate with the Senior Communications Lead to identify and develop relationships with partners to protect and enhance Chanel's image.
- Devise and execute seeding activities for the Fragrance and Beauty division.
- Coordinate press kit orders and ensure efficient distribution to media and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage inventory of Fragrance & Beauty products to maintain minimum stock levels.
- Oversee all PR courier requirements for Fragrance & Beauty, both locally and globally.
- Monitor and evaluate editorial coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Upload relevant media clippings to the global platform by campaign.
- Create influencer and KOL specific reports with support from the Divisional Communications Executive.
- Liaise with Beauty and Market Editors to efficiently respond to product requests.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of local PR events, providing on-ground support.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of media and social media monitoring software such as DMR, Lefty, and MeltWater.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively.
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity about communications, the evolving media landscape, and the beauty industry in Australia.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.
