1. Support the Commercial Fragrance & Beauty team in daily operations.
2. Assist the Field Manager and Commercial Coordinator with planning and coordination tasks.
3. Provide exceptional internal service to external teams, enhancing team cohesion and engagement.
4. Collaborate with the Commercial Coordinator to manage freelancer planning and screenings.
5. Organize and participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new freelancers.
6. Track and report monthly sales data relevant to external teams.
7. Prepare presentations for retailers and update promotional overviews.
8. Collect and analyze data from external teams and internal departments to ensure consistent follow-up on commercial conditions.
9. Assist in commercial meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and following up on action points.
10. Distribute uniforms, new collections, and other goods.

1. Third or fourth-year student seeking a 5 to 6-month internship starting August or September 2025.
2. Available 24-32 hours per week.
3. Residing in or near Amsterdam.
4. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

2. Strong communication skills.

8. Hands-on and flexible approach.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with commercial sales and fragrance & beauty sectors is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a recognized educational institution for the duration of the internship.
