- Support the Retail Manager and commercial team in driving sales performance and operational excellence across Chanel's wholesale network.
- Act as the key point of contact for the Yoobic application, liaising with international and local sales teams.
- Work transversally with the entire Commercial Department to ensure strong collaboration and problem-solving.
- Support the Commercial Director in preparing business presentations and managing contracts.
- Coordinate and manage the client opening process, ensuring standardized procedures are followed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance by store, region, and Beauty Confident, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Develop and follow up on action plans to support commercial objectives.
- Prepare and update regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
- Analyze market data to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Design and monitor sales incentive programs for Beauty Confidents.
- Assess the efficiency and profitability of staff movements across El Corte Inglés centers.
- Ensure alignment and coordination with the Operations counterpart on retail initiatives.
- Partner closely with the Retail, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure consistency in commercial actions.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a retail or commercial role within the Fragrance & Beauty sector.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and propose actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of retail dynamics and client service excellence.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2–3 years in a retail or commercial role within the Fragrance & Beauty sector, ideally with exposure to data analysis or sales coordination.
