1. Support the Retail Manager and commercial team in driving sales performance and operational excellence across Chanel's wholesale network.
2. Act as the key point of contact for the Yoobic application, liaising with international and local sales teams.
3. Work transversally with the entire Commercial Department to ensure strong collaboration and problem-solving.
4. Support the Commercial Director in preparing business presentations and managing contracts.
5. Coordinate and manage the client opening process, ensuring standardized procedures are followed.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance by store, region, and Beauty Confident, identifying trends and opportunities.
7. Develop and follow up on action plans to support commercial objectives.
8. Prepare and update regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
9. Analyze market data to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
10. Design and monitor sales incentive programs for Beauty Confidents.
11. Assess the efficiency and profitability of staff movements across El Corte Inglés centers.
12. Ensure alignment and coordination with the Operations counterpart on retail initiatives.
13. Partner closely with the Retail, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure consistency in commercial actions.

1. At least 2–3 years of experience in a retail or commercial role within the Fragrance & Beauty sector.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and propose actionable insights.
2. Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
3. Understanding of retail dynamics and client service excellence.
4. Clear and effective communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

At least 2–3 years in a retail or commercial role within the Fragrance & Beauty sector, ideally with exposure to data analysis or sales coordination.
