1. Assist in the planning and merchandising of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie exceptional pieces across all regions.
2. Operate and monitor the flow of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie in collaboration with merchandisers and regional markets.
3. Coordinate stock receptions and shipments in collaboration with stock, transport, and customs services.
4. Update stock tracking tools.
5. Create and update sales support tools.
6. Provide occasional assistance during Haute Joaillerie events.
7. Manage stone certificates, including archiving and tracking authenticity certificates.
8. Serve as the point of contact for regions/markets regarding certificate dispatch.
9. Analyze and track billable pieces via the dedicated platform.
10. Contribute to the drafting of sales reports for regional and global teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
2. Previous internships in an international environment are preferred.
3. Interest in the jewelry industry.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
6. Customer service orientation.

Previous experience in an international setting is preferred, particularly in business development or luxury fashion.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
