1. Assist the Color Expertise Manager in evaluating, developing, and validating makeup product shades.
2. Contribute to shade evaluation and manage operational follow-up for makeup collection launches and reformulations.
3. Prepare evaluation sessions and update post-evaluation files.
4. Propose product descriptions, color harmonies, and finishes for online publication.
5. Maintain and optimize the physical shade library and archive previous collections.
6. Receive and organize prototypes.
7. Analyze competitive landscape on social media and synthesize makeup launches by other industry players.
8. Assist in product preparation for internal presentations and photo shoots.

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Formulation (or equivalent).
2. Experience in cosmetics and makeup industry is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.

1. Strong sensitivity to color.
2. Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools.
3. Familiarity with digital platforms and social media.
4. Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. High level of autonomy and attention to detail.
6. Discretion and confidentiality.
7. Artistic curiosity.

Previous professional experience that developed a strong sensitivity to color is required. Experience in the cosmetics and makeup industry is a significant advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Formulation (or equivalent).
