1. Conduct color and texture controls and recordings in accordance with the defined quality standards, prioritizing tasks effectively.
2. Identify and manage anomalies, report to management, and study non-conformities to propose corrective actions.
3. Contribute to the laboratory's management, including consumables, maintenance of color and texture control methods and equipment.
4. Propose optimizations for analytical methods to improve Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory management, focusing on continuous improvement and indicator tracking.

1. Degree in cosmetics, quality, or R&D.
2. 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.

1. Strong knowledge of colorant raw materials.
2. Proficiency in shade evaluation techniques.
3. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 2 years in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, with hands-on experience in colorant raw materials and shade evaluation techniques.

Degree in cosmetics, quality, or R&D.
