Chanel Collections Orchestration Assistant (Intern)

- Support the orchestration and scheduling of seasonal collections across design, product development and merchandising teams.
- Maintain and update PLM records, product trackers and internal calendars to ensure alignment with development milestones.
- Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, prepare concise briefs and circulate timely meeting minutes and action lists.
- Monitor prototype and sample flows, escalate timeline risks and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards (sales, timing, deliverables) for the collections team.
- Assist in fittings, technical reviews and quality checks, ensuring documentation of decisions and revisions.
- Manage administrative workflows related to collections (spec sheets, trim lists, approvals) with rigorous attention to confidentiality.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting launch readiness and inventory/production planning.
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in fashion, product development, merchandising, supply chain or a related discipline.
- Availability to start in July 2026 for an internship period (duration to be confirmed with hiring team).
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to tracking multiple timelines and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and good command of English.
- Discretion, professionalism and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.

Previous internships or project experience in fashion collections, product development, merchandising or operations is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to production timelines, sample tracking or cross‑functional coordination is a plus.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (fashion, merchandising, product development, supply chain, business or similar).
