1. Coordinate the development of eight collections annually, including two capsule collections, within the fashion accessories division.
2. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as development, industrialization, quality, production, and legal, as well as external partners like manufacturers and suppliers.
3. Construct and optimize collection timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives.
4. Oversee the documentation of collections, including boards, collection plans, product sheets, and prototype receptions.
5. Manage the coordination of collection preparation events and ensure the accuracy of presentation tools.
6. Organize the showroom and collection interim staff, ensuring all necessary information is available for its opening.
7. Monitor product non-conformities and ensure legal compliance of products.
8. Track collection expenses and invoices.
9. Conduct quantitative analyses and reporting for collections.
10. Maintain and update analysis tools and indicators.
11. Manage ATA carnets for traveling collections and update the materials library.

1. Experience in a similar role in coordination or within a development team.

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other software tools such as PowerPoint and PLM.
2. Team spirit, precision, and organizational skills.
3. Aesthetic sensibility and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar coordination role or within a development team is required.
