1. Manage and evolve collaboration and productivity solutions, including messaging, Microsoft 365, and meeting tools, for the entire organization.
2. Enhance service quality and collective efficiency through high-performing collaborative tools.

4. Unite global IT Support teams around a shared vision and roadmap.

7. Ensure architecture standards are followed and contribute to operational cybersecurity for all collaboration services.

1. Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in architecting and administering collaboration and messaging solutions such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
2. Expertise in cybersecurity for collaborative environments.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Autonomy, rigor, and project management abilities.
