1. Support the planning and execution of personalized clienteling sessions in alignment with boutique priorities.
2. Collaborate in organizing special client events both in-boutique and at external locations.
3. Implement the gifting strategy, ensuring its proper execution across all phases.
4. Coordinate the use of CRM tools, monitoring adoption by the sales team and evaluating effectiveness.
5. Assist in the implementation of client loyalty projects.
6. Collaborate in organizing boutique and external events, managing all phases including targeting, invitations, execution, and follow-up.
7. Monitor the achievement of boutique clienteling objectives and contribute to the development of targeted action plans based on identified improvement areas.
8. Analyze clienteling and event results, both ongoing and post-event, to guide the team in real-time and optimize future initiatives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields, preferably with a focus on luxury or retail.
2. Previous experience, even brief, in luxury brands or internships in related roles such as Marketing Assistant, Sales Assistant, or CRM Support.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
