- Support the planning and execution of personalized clienteling sessions in alignment with boutique priorities.
- Collaborate in organizing special client events both in-boutique and at external locations.
- Implement the gifting strategy, ensuring its proper execution across all phases.
- Coordinate the use of CRM tools, monitoring adoption by the sales team and evaluating effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of client loyalty projects.
- Collaborate in organizing boutique and external events, managing all phases including targeting, invitations, execution, and follow-up.
- Monitor the achievement of boutique clienteling objectives and contribute to the development of targeted action plans based on identified improvement areas.
- Analyze clienteling and event results, both ongoing and post-event, to guide the team in real-time and optimize future initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields, preferably with a focus on luxury or retail.
- Previous experience, even brief, in luxury brands or internships in related roles such as Marketing Assistant, Sales Assistant, or CRM Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Event management and client experience initiative skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and resilience in dynamic and high-exposure environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and openness to new challenges.
