Chanel Client Marketing Assistant

- Assist in organizing and executing client events, including coordinating with sales staff, managing invitations, and tracking attendance.
- Gather qualitative feedback from clients through sales associates.
- Monitor cultural events for potential client engagement opportunities.
- Support the client loyalty program by assisting with vendor follow-ups, integrating new clients, and tracking loyalty actions and performance indicators.
- Conduct client analysis, including segmentation and product line insights.
- Manage and track client gift orders and inventory.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the client experience in-store and through digital tools.
- Support sales and hospitality teams with brief preparation and marketing activity updates.
- Conduct competitive analysis on client experience strategies.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a focus on Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is preferred.
- Strong interest in the Fashion industry and Retail sector.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Dynamic and detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficient in IT tools.
Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
