- Assist in planning and executing personalized clienteling sessions in alignment with boutique priorities.
- Collaborate in organizing special client events both in-boutique and at external venues.
- Implement and ensure the correct execution of the gifting strategy across all phases.
- Coordinate the use of CRM tools, monitoring adoption by the sales team and evaluating effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of client loyalty projects.
- Collaborate in organizing boutique and external events, managing all phases including targeting, invitations, execution, and follow-up.
- Monitor the achievement of boutique clienteling objectives and contribute to the development of targeted action plans based on identified areas for improvement.
- Analyze clienteling and event results both in-progress and post-event to guide the team in real-time and optimize future initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields, preferably with a focus on luxury or retail.
- Previous experience, even brief, in luxury brands or internships in similar roles such as Marketing Assistant, Sales Assistant, or CRM Support.
- Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Event management and client experience initiative skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and resilience in dynamic, high-exposure environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and openness to new challenges.
Previous experience in luxury brands or internships in roles such as Marketing Assistant, Sales Assistant, or CRM Support is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
