- Facilitate cross-functional dialogue to align analysis methods and KPIs, enhancing knowledge sharing.
- Guide teams in independently utilizing client insights, establishing methods and work rituals to translate challenges into strategic directions.
- Propose advancements in tools, analytical models, and methodologies in collaboration with Data Management teams.
- Ensure ethical, confidential, and excellent client data exploitation.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering autonomy, skill development, and collaborative processes.
- Align team vision with strategic client intelligence ambitions, enhancing its structure, growth, and impact.
- Coordinate with external partners, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analytical and strategic roles, preferably in luxury or premium consumer goods.
- Strong data culture and business acumen.
- Ability to transform data into strategic transformation levers.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative and cross-functional leadership.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in analytical tools (BigQuery, PowerBI, Excel).
- Interest in client dynamics, cultural trends, and luxury evolution.
Minimum 10 years in analytical and strategic roles, ideally within the luxury or premium consumer goods sector.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
