Chanel Client Insights & Analytics Lead

- Lead the understanding of client behaviors and connect client landscape with business performance.
- Drive insights into client recruitment, retention, and loyalty, using data-driven insights to enhance client experiences and support business growth.
- Champion a data-driven, client-centric culture across the Fragrance & Beauty UK Region.
- Leverage multiple data sources to identify opportunities and recommend impactful business actions through data-storytelling.
- Monitor and report on client KPIs through monthly dashboards and deep dive into client product and channel performance.
- Analyze and communicate on recruitment, retention, and loyalty behaviors, developing relevant KPIs to guide business decisions.
- Lead client segmentation to identify key profiles, trends, and behavioral triggers, providing actionable business recommendations.
- Support CRM and client targeting strategies across various channels for stronger personalization and relevancy.
- Partner with BI and IT teams to ensure data quality, automated reporting, and actionable insights.
- Develop propensity modeling based on client trends to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand levers and opportunities that drive client engagement.
- Oversee UK Fragrance & Beauty client data, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
- Champion data stewardship and cross-department collaboration, driving insight-led decision-making.
- Experience in senior client or business insights roles with strong analytical and data governance skills.
- Proven track record of working with and analyzing multiple data sources.
- Proficiency in CRM and clienteling systems, and creative data visualization tools like PowerBI.
- Solid knowledge of data privacy laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate insights into compelling data-storytelling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Attention to detail and capability to prioritize workload.
Experience in senior client or business insights roles, with a focus on analytics and data governance.
