- Gather and analyze data from retail transactions, events, CRM systems, and campaign results to identify trends and opportunities.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to support brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop in-depth 'client x product' intelligence.
- Set, track, and review CEM/VIC KPIs in alignment with business objectives and boutique strategies.
- Prepare and consolidate client reports, including spending and segmentation analyses.
- Provide targeted client lists to drive KPI achievement for CEM/VIC.
- Assist in setting up event KPIs, ROI, and invitation lists for Marketing & VIC teams.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of client data across all touchpoints.
- Develop processes for data cleansing, de-duplication, and enrichment.
- Establish data access and retention guidelines to protect sensitive information.
- Partner with regional teams to enhance client labeling and segmentation processes.
- Serve as the liaison for the Pioneer project, collaborating on data governance activities.
- Monitor and interpret client feedback, NPS scores, and satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in client insights, data analytics, or consumer research, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as QlikView, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion client expectations and market dynamics.
- Experience with market research and survey tools.
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into layman’s terms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, solution-driven mindset with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken/written).
7+ years of experience in client insights, data analytics, or consumer research, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
