3. Manage the appointment schedule and client visit requests, particularly for Very Important Clients (VICs).
4. Collaborate with external partners such as concierges and luxury hotels to expand the international client base and offer personalized services.
5. Support sales teams by ensuring a seamless client journey and maintaining an environment of excellence.
6. Address unforeseen client requests with appropriate solutions.
7. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative strategies to enhance client experience.
8. Co-develop future strategies for French-style hospitality with headquarters as a network reference.
9. Participate in boutique client events and ensure seamless coordination with external service providers.
10. Oversee and manage the annual budget allocated for client hospitality.
11. Lead and manage a team of client hosts, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
12. Optimize team schedules to enhance client reception based on boutique traffic.
13. Coach and motivate the team to achieve the highest level of client experience.
14. Contribute to boutique operations and team engagement by developing dedicated action plans.
15. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
16. Prepare and manage morning briefings and report on client, product, market, and team information.
