- Warmly welcome each client upon arrival, ensuring adherence to Chanel's distinguished service standards.
- Customize the greeting experience based on client profiles, including VIPs and international clientele.
- Manage the appointment schedule and client visit requests, particularly for Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Collaborate with external partners such as concierges and luxury hotels to expand the international client base and offer personalized services.
- Support sales teams by ensuring a seamless client journey and maintaining an environment of excellence.
- Address unforeseen client requests with appropriate solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative strategies to enhance client experience.
- Co-develop future strategies for French-style hospitality with headquarters as a network reference.
- Participate in boutique client events and ensure seamless coordination with external service providers.
- Oversee and manage the annual budget allocated for client hospitality.
- Lead and manage a team of client hosts, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
- Optimize team schedules to enhance client reception based on boutique traffic.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve the highest level of client experience.
- Contribute to boutique operations and team engagement by developing dedicated action plans.
- Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
- Prepare and manage morning briefings and report on client, product, market, and team information.
- Significant experience in retail or hospitality.
