6. Manage and coordinate all client appointment channels, documenting outcomes and liaising with sales teams.
7. Facilitate engaging conversations, sharing the Maison's history and boutique specifics to spark client curiosity.
8. Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to assist clients and support sales advisors.
9. Uphold the Maison's image and ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable.
10. Contribute ideas to enhance the client experience.
11. Participate in the animation of Morning Briefs.
