- Support various markets in orchestrating and deploying services to enhance the Client Experience, including defining roadmaps, monitoring schedules, engaging boutiques, and tracking project performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis of innovative and inspiring client experience initiatives to inform new briefs and market strategies.
- Participate in the development of briefs for the Artistic Direction, focusing on new initiatives to improve client experience across channels while respecting brand DNA and image.
- Coordinate market activities by animating the Client Experience community, collecting local needs, onboarding new topics, sharing best practices, and highlighting successes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum of 6 months of internship or apprenticeship experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
