1. Monitor and ensure effective communication between boutiques and agencies for service provisions such as hostesses and valet services, including monthly invoice and budget tracking.
2. Participate in the project management of client call handling for Parisian boutiques and the Southern hub.
3. Assist in monitoring the adoption and performance of various digital projects within boutiques.
4. Support the launch of a new tool for client reception and manage projects aimed at optimizing client wait times and appointments.
5. Share follow-up reports and manage boutique pages (Google My Business, Store locator).
6. Track and report on the results of Mystery Shopper visits for the Fashion network in France.
7. Conduct competitive analysis on services offered by competing luxury boutiques and retail concepts through boutique visits and online research.
8. Contribute to the preparation of various presentations.

1. Enrolled in a higher education program, preferably in a business school.
2. Motivated to develop within the luxury and retail sectors.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and dynamism.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English.

Previous experience in retail is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
