Chanel Client Experience Manager

- Oversee client engagement and stimulate product sell-out in the designated region.
- Ensure the delivery of the Chanel Client Experience to end customers, maintaining the brand's distinctive image.
- Manage and execute short-term makeup and beauty events, provide sales consultations, and oversee skincare cabins.
- Activate client experience activities within assigned stores in collaboration with the Client Experience and Field Development departments.
- Ensure flawless execution of trade marketing animations, including material control, implementation, and staff coordination.
- Provide training support for Beauty Advisors (BAs) in collaboration with the Training department, ensuring knowledge of products and client experience standards.
- Record and integrate on-floor training activities with those conducted by the Training department.
- Enhance sell-out and market share through sales support, brand visibility improvement, and stock management.
- Maintain the brand's image and activities at points of sale, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Understanding of multi-brand retail dynamics.
- Empathy and strong communication skills (B2C and B2B).
- Sales-related interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in communication, including active listening and specific language use.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sectors, driven by curiosity and initiative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and aptitude for electronic tools and devices.
- 2-3 years of field experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Makeup Artist, or Beautician is preferred.
- Good command of the English language is appreciated.
- Professional beautician diploma is appreciated.
