Chanel Client Experience Manager

- Oversee client engagement and stimulate Chanel product sell-out in the Piemonte region.
- Ensure the Chanel Client Experience is delivered to end customers, maintaining the brand's unique and distinctive image.
- Manage and execute short-term make-up and beauty events, provide sales consultations, and potentially oversee skincare cabins.
- Activate Client Experience activities in designated stores, ensuring flawless execution of trade marketing animations.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience and Field Development departments to coordinate and push store personnel.
- Support training for Beauty Advisors (BAs) in collaboration with the Training department, ensuring they are informed about products and the Chanel Client Experience.
- Record and integrate on-floor training with the Training department's programs.
- Develop sell-out and market share in the designated area through sales support, brand visibility enhancement, and product stock management.
- Ensure the brand's image and activities are maintained at the point of sale, adhering to merchandising guidelines and brand image care.
- Knowledge of multi-brand store dynamics.
- Empathy and strong communication skills (both B2C and B2B).
- Relational and negotiation skills related to sales.
- Communication competencies: active listening, specific language use.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty world, driven by curiosity and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good aptitude for electronic tools and devices.
- Fluency in English is appreciated.
- Professional diploma in aesthetics is appreciated.
- Valid driver's license.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a field role such as Sales Assistant, Make-up Artist, or Beautician is preferred.
