Chanel Client Experience Manager

1. Oversee client engagement and stimulate Chanel product sell-out in the Piemonte region.
2. Ensure the Chanel Client Experience is delivered to end customers, maintaining the brand's unique and distinctive image.
3. Manage and execute short-term make-up and beauty events, provide sales consultations, and potentially oversee skincare cabins.
4. Activate Client Experience activities in designated stores, ensuring flawless execution of trade marketing animations.
5. Collaborate with the Client Experience and Field Development departments to coordinate and push store personnel.
6. Support training for Beauty Advisors (BAs) in collaboration with the Training department, ensuring they are informed about products and the Chanel Client Experience.
7. Record and integrate on-floor training with the Training department's programs.
8. Develop sell-out and market share in the designated area through sales support, brand visibility enhancement, and product stock management.
9. Ensure the brand's image and activities are maintained at the point of sale, adhering to merchandising guidelines and brand image care.

1. Knowledge of multi-brand store dynamics.
2. Empathy and strong communication skills (both B2C and B2B).
3. Relational and negotiation skills related to sales.
4. Communication competencies: active listening, specific language use.
5. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty world, driven by curiosity and initiative.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good aptitude for electronic tools and devices.
2. Fluency in English is appreciated.
3. Professional diploma in aesthetics is appreciated.
4. Valid driver's license.

A minimum of 2-3 years in a field role such as Sales Assistant, Make-up Artist, or Beautician is preferred.
