1. Create a luxurious client experience in line with Chanel's exceptional service standards.
2. Welcome customers to the boutique, fostering strong relationships and encouraging brand loyalty.
3. Assign each client to a Fashion Advisor upon entry to the boutique.
4. Advise and assist clients in the queue, ensuring efficient use of the queue management tool.
5. Explain the queuing system philosophy to clients and recognize VIP clients, informing Boutique Management.
6. Maintain grooming standards in accordance with Chanel's image guidelines.
7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless boutique operations.

1. Previous experience in a luxury environment with a strong service mindset.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
2. Proficiency in English and Russian.

Experience in a luxury retail environment is required, with a focus on client service and boutique operations.
