- Qualifications in Skincare with extensive experience in client interaction.
- Makeup qualifications considered advantageous.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced boutique or department store environment.
- Strong client experience mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish emotional connections with clients.
- Adaptability to work across a roster supporting retail trading hours.
Several years of experience working one-on-one with clients in skincare and makeup.
