Chanel Client Experience Assistant Intern

- Assist in the preparation of fashion shows and bespoke client events, including itinerary planning and gift preparation.
- Aid in the distribution of invitations and room placements, as well as makeup preparation for makeup artists.
- Verify and update supplier lists and create a photo directory of guests.
- Support data management by creating Excel Fashion GPS documents and coding visuals in the CLIC database.
- Conduct market analysis on Haute Couture houses.
- Accompany photo sessions and update clients' digital wardrobes.
- Organize event photos and client memories via the application.
- Assist in itinerary planning within the application.
- Support client satisfaction through gift packaging and shipping, and manage gift inventory.
- Create wedding albums and collaborate with another intern on Haute Couture Week benchmark analysis.
- Organize and draft team meeting reports.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School Master's program (minimum Bac +3).
- Dynamic and proactive student with strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Stress management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and client experience is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
