- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and provide personalized, bespoke service throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with fashion advisors to understand individual client profiles, preferences, and tastes prior to visits.
- Work with the Operations Manager to propose tailored services best suited to each client.
- Manage client complaints and assist in problem resolution alongside the Head of Atelier.
- Familiarize oneself with tour scripts and adapt storytelling to align with client interests.
- Accompany clients on atelier tours, showcasing Chanel's craftsmanship.
- Convey seasonal stories and inspirations tailored to client preferences, encouraging boutique visits.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client expectations and provide expert advice on related inquiries.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Chanel's products and services to engage with clients.
- Monitor the reservation system in coordination with the CX team, ensuring optimal service for visiting clients.
- Proactively guide clients through various services, including care, repair, and alterations, maintaining attention to the condition of their possessions.
- Maintain a sophisticated and professional appearance and demeanor in line with Chanel's brand standards.
- Pay attention to both verbal and non-verbal communication, including language, gestures, posture, and eye contact.
- Understand and embody the CHANEL & Moi philosophy to deliver professional and personalized service.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles is required.
