1. Organize and coordinate client engagement activities, including catering, gifting, and client targeting.
2. Support the management of top client events and collaborate with agencies to develop engagement programs.
3. Generate post-event reports and feedback to refine strategies.
4. Assist in planning and managing top client investments and expenses in alignment with business forecasts.
5. Propose and implement performance measurement formats, consolidate results, and provide strategic recommendations.
6. Establish feedback forms and KPIs to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of client activities.
7. Provide local support and coaching to boutiques in developing client relationships and advising on engagement approaches.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury client relationship management, preferably in Event or PR.
2. Experience with glossy magazines, PR agencies, or guest management is advantageous.

1. Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Strong understanding of local culture, heritage, and lifestyle trends.
4. Sensitivity to luxury retail and client service.
5. Sophisticated knowledge of art, cuisine, and wine.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury client relationship management, with a preference for experience in event or public relations.
