Chanel Client Engagement Project Assistant

As part of the larger Chanel conglomerate, the France & Monaco Market is responsible for the distribution of Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty collections. The Fragrance & Beauty division is dedicated to unveiling the unique beauty of each woman through meticulous attention to detail and a quest for perfection, making every client interaction a magical experience.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and headquarters for various digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, CRM, Training, Media, PR, and European markets to identify cross-functional needs and support field teams in digital transformation.
- Propose potential innovations for tools and processes through technological monitoring.
- Manage the operational aspects of field IT tools, including TWEED, YOOBIC, and Wholesale Hub, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor and enhance field tool projects by gathering requirements, briefing IT teams, and tracking requests.
- Participate in the monthly construction of performance reporting using PowerBI and Excel, and provide regular updates to field teams and management committees.
- Contribute to the preparation of analyses and presentations for sales force seminars and assist in organizing Wholesale Committees and Zone Meetings.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (preferably BAC+4/BAC+5, M2) with a strong interest in project management, IT innovation, and field operations.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing and IT tools and applications.
- Dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
- Open-minded, autonomous, with a natural inclination towards assistance and collaboration.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), essential in an international context.
- Aptitude for numbers with excellent synthesis capabilities.
- Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
