- Coordinate local wholesale activations in collaboration with Trade Marketing teams.
- Oversee the operational follow-up of the event service plan with field teams, including reservation management and monitoring.
- Create reporting matrices and synthesize local and national activations, tracking performance KPIs and analyzing data via Power BI.
- Analyze operation reports and consolidate learnings with Trade teams.
- Propose tools to support sales force and optimize processes.
- Consolidate and prioritize information for Wholesale Field and Department Store teams, liaising with various headquarters departments.
- Manage the Wholesale Weekly Newsletter, collecting needs, prioritizing messages, and coordinating field actions.
- Manage and update the Coco France SharePoint to highlight field achievements to headquarters and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for field teams within the scope of assigned topics.
- Support the Client Engagement Project Manager and intern in facilitating coordination between field teams and headquarters on various ad hoc projects.
- Participate in the development of analyses and presentations for Sales Force Seminars.
- Assist in the operational organization of Wholesale Committees, Zone Meetings, and other forums.
- Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
- Strong interest in field operations and a good understanding of the Perfumes and Beauty sector.
- Dynamic and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
- Strong numerical aptitude and excellent synthesis abilities.
- Open-minded, autonomous, and naturally collaborative.
- Proficient in office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Fluent in French.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in field operations and the Perfumes and Beauty sector is essential.
Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5.
