- Support boutiques in implementing client communication strategies, including fashion shows, collection launches, and store openings.
- Develop and deploy communication guidelines and campaigns.
- Identify and communicate key annual events.
- Improve processes and assets by liaising between European teams and boutique teams.
- Manage communication asset orders and ensure their proper use.
- Conduct analyses of communication campaigns and evaluate their impact.
- Assist boutiques in managing their communication budgets.
- Participate in setting clienteling objectives for boutiques.
- Support boutiques in developing and optimizing clienteling tools.
- Regularly track and consolidate progress on clienteling objectives.
- Conduct monthly analyses on strategic clienteling priorities and tool usage.
- Consolidate client gift needs and assist boutiques in managing gifting budgets.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university at a Master's level (Bac+5).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an analytical and versatile role.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work reactively.
A minimum of 6 months in an analytical and versatile position is required.
Master's degree in progress from a business school, engineering school, or university.
Interns will benefit from an integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel. Opportunities to deepen retail knowledge and develop communication skills through interaction with various European departments will be provided. Participation in events will allow interns to join a Young Talent Community and build a professional network.
