- Ensure successful deployment and measurement of client engagement strategies across all divisions.
- Contribute to the digital transformation in the Middle East and the European digital roadmap.
- Support the implementation of CRM strategies and oversee clienteling initiatives.
- Run the Loyalty program for Fashion & Beauty.
- Build and enhance the omnichannel journey for clients in collaboration with e-commerce, CCC, marketing, and retail teams.
- Serve as the market referent for client reports and data analysis.
- Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote local best practices and represent the Middle East market in European communities.
- Implement and manage digital solutions and tools linked to client data ecosystems.
- Lead the transformation of systems and tools at a local level.
- Participate in the European digital community and optimize Chanel's digital presence.
- 7-8 years of experience in data management and analytics.
- Strong expertise in both business and technology.
- Proficiency in project management and transversal roles.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Intellectual curiosity and multicultural sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proven management skills and ability to guide teams.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are appreciated.
