1. Utilize the CRM system to analyze client data and assist in implementing campaigns that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
2. Support the execution of targeted marketing initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
3. Generate monthly client performance reports.
4. Collaborate with the client insight and data team.
5. Conduct online and omni touchpoint sales and client data analysis.
6. Prepare sales and client data for reports and meetings.
7. Automate data flow and report building for long-term business use.
8. Execute the translation workflow in collaboration with agencies, communication, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure translation quality and meet delivery timelines.
9. Optimize brand.com product merchandising, including product listing page maintenance and operation.
10. Set and optimize brand.com on-site search based on campaign and market trend studies to enhance client online experience.
