1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth by coaching and managing a diverse team, while equipping the Boutique Director with essential business insights.
3. Spend time on the selling floor to coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
4. Foster a positive working environment and cultivate a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service delivery.
6. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
7. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.
8. Participate in social and seasonal events to enhance brand presence.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
