- Act as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
- Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
- Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.
- Support the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Passion for client experience and luxury retail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in client development or a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000. Additional variable pay components such as bonuses may be offered.
