1. Act as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience.
3. Foster a positive working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local high-profile businesses.
7. Support the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in client development or a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $110,000. Additional variable pay components such as bonuses may be offered.
