- Serve as an ambassador of the Chanel brand, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout their journey in the Istanbul İstinye Park Fashion Boutique.
- Provide a personalized and warm welcome to clients, with special attention to top clients, including coordination of international hospitality.
- Manage client flow and introduce clients to designated areas, ensuring seamless service.
- Develop and maintain a professional hostess team in collaboration with the Hostess agency.
- Optimize the use of the queue management system and coordinate appointment allocations.
- Support the deployment of new customer experience projects and applications to enhance client interactions.
- Introduce boutique storytelling and facilitate client engagement until a Fashion Advisor is available.
- Ensure a harmonious boutique atmosphere in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Coordinate with the sales manager to address any service gaps and ensure clients are always accompanied.
- Conduct memorable farewells and monitor client satisfaction through surveys and follow-ups.
- Manage client deliveries and special occasions such as birthdays.
- Support event coordination and client experience initiatives, including monitoring reviews and feedback.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality, particularly within luxury sectors, is highly valued.
