1. Assist in the development of a European communication and CRM targeting plan.
2. Coordinate CRM campaigns across digital and traditional platforms in collaboration with various divisions and European markets.
3. Manage internal CRM service providers for operational campaign implementation.
4. Analyze campaign results and identify best practices to refine strategy.
5. Handle CRM tool orders for the European region, including mailings, catalogues, and brochures.
6. Support European markets with retail orchestration and one-to-one clienteling tools.
7. Occasionally assist in creating strategic presentations for the European Marketing Direction and CRM Committees.
8. Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze email strategies for products or events such as Fashion Week.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Marketing or CRM (equivalent to Bac+5).
2. Previous experience in Client Marketing and/or CRM.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Knowledge of Adobe Campaign and/or Salesforce is advantageous.

A proven track record in Client Marketing and/or CRM is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
