1. Achieve and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, units per transaction, and average ticket size through consultative selling based on client needs and lifestyle.
2. Identify cross-selling opportunities across lingerie, swimwear, and beachwear categories.
3. Analyze individual performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
4. Build and manage an active client portfolio, providing personalized post-sale follow-up through calls, messages, and private appointments.
5. Drive repeat purchases by understanding client history and preferences.
6. Invite clients strategically to new collection launches.
7. Master current and permanent collections, advising on fit, size, structure, and technical materials.
8. Communicate brand differentiators, including architectural construction, textile quality, and timelessness.
9. Ensure operational excellence through inventory control, accurate billing, and adherence to visual and display standards.
10. Coordinate efficiently with Palacio de Hierro teams.
11. Embody the values of elegance, discretion, and excellence, maintaining an impeccable image aligned with the ERES universe.
12. Guarantee a consistent experience with international luxury standards.

1. 2+ years of experience in fashion or luxury retail, ideally in lingerie, swimwear, or premium women's fashion.
2. Proven experience in achieving commercial targets.
3. Experience working within a department store environment.
4. Active client portfolio management.

1. Knowledge of fitting and personalized advising (preferred).
2. Proficiency in POS systems and basic Excel tools.
3. Basic conversational English.
4. Aesthetic sensitivity and appreciation for discreet luxury.
5. Strong result orientation.
